This experience has given us unique access to Senior Decision Makers who have completed their Fellowship in Emergency Medicine and are currently working as ED Consultants abroad. We strive to provide your healthcare facilities with these experienced Senior Decision Makers, who can alleviate the workload of your Emergency Physicians and Registrars, mentor Junior Medical Officers, and act as Senior Physicians outside regular hours.

​We differ from traditional locum agencies by prioritizing consistency for both doctors and hospitals. Our model involves finding high-quality Emergency Doctors, including ED Consultants, and placing them in hospitals where they can work full-time and become a valuable part of your team. Your facility will retain control over their rosters and leave approvals, ensuring continuity and stability.

In addition to our Senior Doctor placements, we also provide staffing solutions for Junior Medical Officers sourced from the UK and Ireland. We offer flexible contract options, ranging from short-term to longer fixed-term contracts, whatever is required to meet your staffing needs.
