We believe in consistency for both the healthcare worker and the Hospital, which is why we find high-quality healthcare professionals and place them in hospitals where they can work full time and be part of your team. Your facility will have control over their rosters and leave approvals as they will be employed by your organization.

We have unique access to Senior Decision Makers who have completed their Fellowship in Emergency Medicine and are currently working as ED Consultants overseas. Our aim is to provide your healthcare facilities with these Senior Decision Makers who can reduce the burden on your Emergency Physicians and Registrars, guide Junior Medical Officers, and work as Seniors after hours. We can provide these doctors at scale and provide a regular pipeline of Emergency Consultants each year, as we work closely with Emergency Medicine residency programs.

 

In addition, we can provide staffing solutions for Junior Medical Officers sourced from the UK and Ireland for short to longer fixed-term contracts. Our scope of services can be tailored to individual circumstances and includes exploring your needs, sourcing of healthcare professionals, compliance collation, registration verification, and reference checks. We also have a registered Migration agent who can assist with visas, ACEM and registration board communication, and negotiate flights, accommodation, financial services, and relocation packages.
